Dr. Alfredo Tendler is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.  He received his dental degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 1999, graduating Magna Cum Laude and awarded membership to the honorary dental society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.  He completed specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Boston University Medical Center in 2004.

He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.  He is a member of the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Miami Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and many local affiliated dental societies.

He is also currently president of the North Dade and Miami Beach dental society.

Dr. Tendler is on staff at Memorial Hospital West, Memorial Hospital Miramar, Broward General Hospital, Westside Regional Hosital and the Aventura Hospital and Medical Center.

His special surgical interests include dental implants, esthetic and functional facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, and wisdom teeth removal.
